What we collect. Job-relevant information you give us: trade, experience, location, pay expectations, licences and certifications, and how to reach you. Employers: company, contact details and job details.
How AI is used. AI models help us read messages, ask screening questions, and estimate how well a candidate's stated qualifications fit a job's stated requirements. Scoring uses only job-relevant fields; names, contact details and protected characteristics are removed first. We never make hiring decisions. Employers decide, and a person reviews introductions. You can ask why you were or weren't matched, or ask for human review, by replying to any message.
Sharing. We share a worker's profile with an employer only after the worker says yes to that specific job. We don't sell personal data.
Analytics. We count page views and form submissions per page per day on our own server. No cookies, no third-party trackers, and we don't store your IP address for analytics.
Texts. We text only people who signed up or texted us first. Reply STOP at any time. Reply DELETE to erase your data.
