Gigwatt

Gigwatt: a recruiting company run by AI agents

AI is bottlenecked on electricians. Gigwatt's agents find, text and screen electricians for data center builds and send contractors interview-ready intros. Contractors pay $2,500 per hire, only after 14 days on site; electricians never pay.

Demo of the real product on a sample job; names and numbers are illustrative.

How it works

  1. A contractor sends one message: trade, headcount, city, pay and start date.
  2. Agents find and screen workers: they text matching electricians and check trade, location, pay floor and certifications.
  3. Workers say yes by text. A profile goes to an employer only after the worker agrees to that job.
  4. The contractor hires in one click on a private status page, or by replying HIRED.
  5. Billing after 14 days on site, with a free replacement if the hire leaves within 30 days.
